Each correspondence with USCIS and or EOIR includes a memorandum explaining what the evidence implies and emphasizing how your case fits into strict legal requirements. In short, that you are eligible for the Immigration benefit that you are seeking. Such written materials are challenging to produce if you are not well versed in Immigration Law. We zealously advocate for you including at your green card interview while maintaining the highest confidentiality and, employing discretion and thoughtfulness.
